For Outpatients

For Outpatients : Make an Appointment(Online, Phone Call, or Visit) -> Go to the Reception Desk(1st Floor.) -> See a Doctor for Consultation -> Receive appropriate Medical Exams, of necessary -> Make a Follow-up Appointment, if necessary -> Pay Your Bill at the Reception Dest (1st Floor) -> Receive a Prescription to Purchase Drugs at a nearby Pharmacy

Note : According to healthcare reform in 2000, hospitals in Korea are not allowed to provide general medications for outpatients. In a few cases, special drugs can be prescribed.

For Inpatients

1. Admission Procedures

1. Admission Procedures : Make an Appointment (Online, Phone Call, or Visit) -> Go to the Reception Desk (1st Floor) -> See a Doctor for Consultation -> Receive appropriate Medical Exams, if necessary -> Results of Medical Exams will Determine Your Hospitalization -> Go to the Admission Office (1st Floor) -> Fill out an Application Form -> Hospitalization (Our staff will guide you to your room and the nurse station)

2. Discharge Procedures

2. Discharge Procedures : Get Doctor's Confirmation for Discharge -> Pay Your Bill at the Reception Desk (1st Floor) -> Receive Medications at the Hospital Pharmacy -> Discharge

Note : If you need certificates in English, please notify the nurse station before your discharge procedure starts.

Monday – Friday : 8:30 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.
Saturday : 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
