Hallym University Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital

Founded in 1971, Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital (HSHH) has been the mother of Hallym University Medical Center (HUMC).
With 20 medical departments and about 300 beds, it is staffed by more than 400 staff including 26 doctors and 176 nurses. The hospital delivers quality medical treatment using advanced technologies including MRI, PET-CT, Gamma Camera, ZLC 7500S, Prostatron, OCS (Order Communication System), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).

The burn center offers proven, world-class medical treatment among others. It houses a burn ICU and burn-related wards, operating treatment rooms and advanced equipment. In 2006, the burn center was designated as an emergency center for burn care by the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs. In addition, the emergency center was chosen as the trauma center for severe injuries by the ministry in 2009.

Adjacent to Incheon International Airport (IIA), the hospital provides convenient access superior to medical services to patients who are not familiar with the Korean hospital system.
